More progress on the exterior. The pool is filled and the rest of the plantings are in. The path to the dining room has also been fully planted, including between the pavers. It hasn't been that long but things are cruising now so here are even more pictures! We'll start with the interior. First thing you notice going into the house is this incredible waterjet cut natural stone medallion installed in what is already a beautiful floor. Progress, progress, progress! Grading and plantings and lower retaining walls are coming together as we get closer to the finish line. The outdoor spaces are going to be incredible on this project. This house is all about views of the lake and the many outdoor spaces let them enjoy them from those views from throughout the site. More outdoor spaces below. A site visit out to Belvedere, we had a stop to make on the other side of the lake so I shot a few pictures showing the whole site. Now that the concrete walls are covered up the house is starting to blend into the site in the way we designed it. Belvedere Framing

Framing is well underway out at the Belvedere site. The lower floor is framed and the sheathing is started, the floor above is in and framing will be starting up there soon. The project is moving right along.
