Belvedere Update 16

A site visit out to Belvedere, we had a stop to make on the other side of the lake so I shot a few pictures showing the whole site. Now that the concrete walls are covered up the house is starting to blend into the site in the way we designed it. Belvedere Framing

Framing is well underway out at the Belvedere site. The lower floor is framed and the sheathing is started, the floor above is in and framing will be starting up there soon. The project is moving right along. The site is starting to really green up, even with just the existing trees and plantings in there its difficult to get an overall shot of the construction from the road below. Belvedere in the Snow

Just because the site is snow covered and serene doesn't mean the work stops. RDM, the owners, and the rest of the project team trudged out into the snow to make some key decisions. We looked at the stone and mortar colors as well as the roofing style and color. Coming in out of the snow we headed to Continental Cast Stone for a short tour and to look at some cast stone colors. 14 September 2010 New RDM Architecture site is live! The new bigger and better, stronger and faster RDM Website is up. Its been a long process but we're happy with the results.
