1232 Residence – Photos

Back in September this kitchen was featured in an article in Kansas City Homes & Gardens (take a look) and while we were out there talking with the writer and catching up with the clients we had the photographer, Matt Kocourek,  shoot a couple more pictures for us to round out the documentation of the project. The mild winter weather has allowed the construction to move quickly.  The Master Closet is primed and ready to paint.  With all of the structure exposed, the detailing in the screened porch has been challanging but Hurst Construction has been doing a great job.    This project in Mission Hills has three seperate parts, an addition of a walk in closet off of the master bathroom, a third garage bay that connects to an expaneded and remodeled laundry area, and a new screened porch in the back yard. I stopped by this morning to clarify a couple details with the contractor and to see what's going on. Before we get to the progress, I wanted to share this photo that we didn't get posted before Halloween. The neighbor decided that the porta-potty needed a little holiday spirit. Fantastic.
