Big News at RDM!

Rick and Mindy are Grandparents!  Jay Duncan Mertel was born this weekend to Stephanie and Brad! He  is a healthy 8lbs. 4oz. and he and family are doing great and the grandparents are over the moon (and he as already a Chiefs fan). We'll have him in the office doing CAD in no time!  ...

1232 Residence Update 7

A site visit and some new pictures to share! The slate roof installers are organized and starting work. Using a list developed from the computer program they gather the correct sizes and colors and using the motorized trolley, stage them on the roof. It is slow going on the first couple courses because of the exposed rafter tails. New Project Introduction

Another RDM project starts construction! Welcome to the 1232 Residence! We are removing an existing screen porch and expanding the family room and adding a fireplace and a screen porch. We are also remodeling the kitchen and making some changes to an upstairs exercise room.  The rear of the house is oriented around a very large brick paver patio that Rick designed for them back in the 80's. New Website Live

14 September 2010 New RDM Architecture site is live! The new bigger and better, stronger and faster RDM Website is up. Its been a long process but we're happy with the results.
