5209 Residence 2

A quick update on the 5209 residence. All of the masonry work is complete and as you can see below they've got a pretty good start on the new entry piece. The grade at the back of the wall will be lifted quite a bit more and then feathered out to the middle of the yard. Belvedere Update 18

Things out at Belvedere are moving along. Below you can see the formwork for the pool/ waterfall/ spa. This will be sprayed concrete and the stone and tile over that. It was a big change from the original plans but the shape is pretty nice and it will be a big asset on this huge patio. Stone work is in on the arcade and the wall below is done. Another RDM kitchen project wrapped up last month. This one very different from the last post below in style but it turned out great and has some pretty cool things going on.
