First signs of trouble...while the contractor was excavating for the foundations he found the remains of an old swimming pool in the back yard. The solution required soil testing, re-engineering and eventually filling the pool with about 20 cubic yards of concrete.

Because so much of the value of home is centered around the kitchen, it requires special attention. Kitchens can and should deliver both form (beauty) and function (the needs of each client). Oh, and did we say fun?
